在25℃的室内恒温条件下,分别用尾赤桉无性系DH201、巨尾桉无性系广林9号、尾巨桉无性系32-29、尾赤桉无性系186和隆缘桉的嫩叶做为食料,添加50%蜜糖水,室内喂养桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雌成虫,以清水和不添加食料做对照,测定桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雌成虫的发育历期以及怀卵量的影响。结果表明,以50%蜜糖水为食物的雌成虫的历期最长(7.1 d),无食物条件下的雌成虫历期最短(2.5 d);各个品系之间对雌成虫发育历期的影响无明显差异;嫩叶添加50%蜜糖水喂养能明显延长发育历期,单独用50%蜜糖水喂养的雌成虫的发育历期最长。不同食料条件对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雌成虫的怀卵量无明显差异。
Under the indoor temperature of 25 ℃, the leaves of Eucalyptus urophylla DH201, Eucalyptus grandis clonal strain Guanglin 9, Eucalyptus urophylla clone 32-29, Eucalyptus urophylla clone 186, As a foodstuff, 50% honey water was added into the room to feed the female adults of Eucalyptus and its non-food materials. The developmental duration and the fecundity of female adults of Eucalyptus were studied. The results showed that the longest duration (7.1 days) of female adults fed with 50% honey syrup and the shortest duration of female adults without food (2.5 days) were observed. The influence of each strain on the developmental duration of female adults No significant difference; young leaves fed 50% honey water can significantly extend the developmental duration, the only adult with 50% honey water fed the development period of the longest. There were no significant differences in fecundity between female and female adults of Eucalyptus under different feeding conditions.
