为了寻找理想的血小板聚集抑制剂,设计合成了14个6-(4-取代苯基)-4,5-二氢-3(2H)-哒嗪酮类化合物.ADP诱导,家兔体外血小板聚集实验表明,均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中化合物(Ⅰ8)的作用最强.
In order to find an ideal inhibitor of platelet aggregation, 14 6- (4-substituted phenyl) -4,5-dihydro-3 (2H) -pyridazinones were designed and synthesized. ADP induced rabbit platelet aggregation test in vitro showed that there are different degrees of inhibition, of which compound (I8) the strongest.
