当前,国内外芦笋生产发展迅速,许多国家大力发展绿芦笋生产。绿芦笋除可制罐外,还可鲜销和冷冻出口,其风味好,纤维含量低,维生素A、B 的含量高于白芦笋,深受国内外消费者欢迎。我国现以生产白芦笋为主,品种单一,出口受到限制,根据国际市场的需要,绿芦笋有广阔的发展前景。大棚栽培绿芦笋可提早采收期,增加经济效益。由于我国栽培时间短,经验不足,目前收益不高,我们调查的100个大棚中,亩收入低者不足200元,高者只达1700元。针对这个情况,我们在试验和调查的基础上,总结经验,提出提高大棚生产绿芦笋经济效益
