本文通过动态肺动脉压(PAP)监测评价变异型心绞痛的血动力学反应。共5例男性,平均51.8(40--62)岁、心绞痛病史均较短,其中4例有夜间休息时疼痛.4例冠状动脉造影时可诱发冠脉痉挛,1例冠状动脉造影正常。本研究前停用除硝酸甘油外的抗心绞痛药物.在常规透视下以尖端附有微型传感器的心导管放入近端肺动脉进行PAP监测,并以CM_2.CM5导联和调频记录仪监测心电图,测量ST段改变.分别记录平时活动和心绞痛发作、冠状动脉造影.麦角新硷诱发试验以及运动试验的心电图和PAP. 分析共270小时的动态监测记录,有20次显著ST段改变(>1毫米)的发作(12次有疼痛,8
This article by dynamic pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) monitoring of angina pectoris hemodynamic response. A total of 5 men, average 51.8 (40 - 62) years of age, history of angina are shorter, of which 4 had rest at night pain .4 cases of coronary angiography can induce coronary spasm, 1 case of normal coronary angiography.
