提出了利用NX Nastran 6.0软件的材料非线性有限元仿真功能,模拟翻车保护结构(Roll-over Protective Structures,简称ROPS)侧向加载的试验室试验过程,获得侧向位移量、侧向载荷能量等数据,使ROPS符合有关标准要求的设计方法。并提出用满足侧向载荷能量时的侧向作用力,在标准要求最小值的1.25倍左右或更小,来判断是否合理利用材料塑性变形性能。试验室试验结果表明,其仿真数据与试验结果数据的误差小于6.5%。提高了ROPS试验室试验的成功率,避免因设计原因造成的试验失败。
In this paper, we propose a nonlinear finite element simulation of material using NX Nastran 6.0 software to simulate the laboratory test of lateral loading of Roll-over Protective Structures (ROPS), obtain lateral displacement, lateral load energy, etc. Data to make the ROPS meet the design requirements of the relevant standards. And proposed to meet the lateral load side of the lateral force when the standard requirements of the minimum 1.25 times or less to determine whether the reasonable use of plastic deformation properties. Laboratory test results show that the error between the simulation data and the experimental data is less than 6.5%. Improves the success rate of ROPS laboratory test and avoids the test failure caused by design reason.
