随着社会的进步与发展,对于人才的重视也成为了主流,优秀的人才在社会建设与社会生活中的作用也显得越来越重要,各个单位也积极的引进所需人才,增添机构内部活力。在人才的选拔与任用上,人事档案起着十分关键的作用。尤其是在人才流动性强,信息网络发达的今天,而人事档案对于人才管理有着重要的参考作用。本研究就事业单位的人事档案管理制度现状、不足以及改进方向进行了深入的、细致的研究讨论,旨在建立更好的人事档案管理体系。
With the progress and development of society, the emphasis on talents has become the mainstream. The role of outstanding talents in social construction and social life also becomes more and more important. All units also actively introduce the necessary talents and increase their internal vitality . In personnel selection and appointment, personnel files play a very crucial role. Especially in the current mobility of talent, the information network developed today, and personnel files for talent management has an important reference. In this research, we have conducted in-depth and meticulous research and discussion on the status quo, inadequate and improvement direction of personnel file management system in public institutions, aiming to establish a better personnel file management system.
