近年来,保健食品产业方兴未艾,众多生产企业竞争激烈,保质量、强管理早已成为企业的生存之道。然而针对产品质量,虽然在相关政府部门的监管及引导下,生产企业也在强调原料到成品出厂的过程控制,但其自身并没有在意识层面上重视,更多的是被动遵照相关规章和标准,对于产品质量的认识大都只停留在生产过程阶段,认为只要最终产品检验合格就是确保了质量,并不能从自身出发主动的去维护和不断改进提高产品质量,即使在生产企业验收阶段参照GMP管理,也往往是流于形式,对全面质量管理更是不甚了了。
