随着生态环境的恶化,各国越来越重视环境保护问题。反映在国际贸易中,绿色贸易壁垒作为一种新兴的非关税壁垒其作用日益凸现。然而,由于各国的经济发展水平不同,相应的环境技术标准也存在很大差异,这就使得绿色贸易壁垒更多的时候是以贸易保护的形式出现的。通过对绿色贸易壁垒的内涵、特征的阐述,分析了它对我国出口贸易的主要影响,并提出了相应的措施,以期促进我国对外贸易的发展。 With the deterioration of the ecological environment, more and more countries attach importance to the issue of environmental protection. Reflected in international trade, green trade barriers as an emerging non-tariff barriers increasingly prominent role. However, due to the different levels of economic development in different countries, the corresponding environmental technology standards also vary greatly, which makes the green trade barriers appear more often in the form of trade protection. Through the explanation of the connotation and characteristics of green trade barrier, it analyzes its main influence on China’s export trade and puts forward corresponding measures in order to promote the development of China’s foreign trade.
