目的探讨氟暴露对工人血中抗氧化酶类的影响及“抗氟欣”的干预作用。方法选择68名氟暴露工人随机分为两组,A组为服药组,口服“抗氟欣”冲剂;B组为非服药对照组。另选非氟暴露对照组工人29人为对照组C组。不脱岗进行为期两个月的现场实验观察。结果氟暴露可使工人体内氟负荷增加;红细胞SOD活性下降,血浆MDA含量升高。A组工人服药后,体内氟排出增加,抗氧化酶活性增强,血浆MDA含量降低。结论“抗氟欣”具有一定的预防氟损伤的效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of fluoride exposure on antioxidative enzymes in blood and the anti-fluoxin intervention effect. Methods Sixty-eight workers exposed to fluoride exposure were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was treated with oral anti-fluoxin granules; group B was non-treated control group. Another 29 non-fluoride exposure control workers were control group C group. Not off-grid for a period of two months of field experiments. Results Fluoride exposure increased fluoride load in workers, reduced SOD activity in erythrocytes, and increased plasma MDA levels. A group of workers medication, the body increased fluoride emissions, antioxidant enzyme activity increased plasma MDA levels decreased. Conclusion “Anti-fluoxin” has a certain effect of preventing fluoride injury.
