中小学教师的问题意识非常重要,但在实际中又严重缺乏。中小学教师的问题意识是中小学教师在教育教学活动中怀有对教育事业和学生高度负责的态度,是对课堂教学、教育管理、教育研究、教师专业发展等活动中出现的问题采取批判反思的态度,是积极寻求更优质教育的一种态度倾向。中小学教师问题意识具有指向教育实际与自身发展的特点。中小学教师问题意识的培育机制主要包括自我培养与组织化育两个维度。
