随着社会不断进步,经济持续发展,城市化进程日益加快,房建工程项目日渐增多。随着人们对生活、工作品质日渐提高,对住房已提出了更高的要求,房建工程质量问题已成为社会大众关注的焦点。在房建施工中,由于受到各种主客观因素的影响,经常出现渗漏问题,需要客观分析其发生的原因,采取可行的措施有效解决,提高房建施工效率与质量。
With the continuous social progress, sustained economic development, the process of urbanization is accelerating, housing construction projects are increasing. As people’s life, work quality is increasing, housing has put forward higher requirements, quality of housing construction project has become the focus of public concern. In the construction of house construction, due to the influence of all kinds of subjective and objective factors, the leakage problem often occurs.
