通过对人工培育蛹虫草与野生蛹虫草氨基酸的测试分析，结果表明：在野生蛹虫草中含有的１７种氨基酸，在人工培育蛹虫草中几乎都含有，并且在以蚕蛹为培养基质生长的蛹虫草中氨基酸总量及人体必需的八种氨基酸总量均高于野生型及其它人工培育型的蛹虫草。
Through the artificial cultivation of Cordyceps Militaris and wild Cordyceps amino acids test results showed that: in the wild Cordyceps militaris contain 17 kinds of amino acids, artificial cultivation Cordyceps militaris almost contain, and in the silkworm pupa culture medium for the growth of Cordyceps militaris The total amount of amino acids and eight kinds of essential amino acids in human body were higher than that of wild type and other cultivated Cordyceps militaris.
