基于表面活性技术的温拌沥青混合料是一种在不改变原沥青黏温特性的条件下,采取物理措施增加沥青混合料较低温度可操作性的节能减排路面新材料。通过与热拌沥青混合料的比较,以混合料体积参数基本一致为判据,采用GTM旋转压实成型方式对该温拌沥青混合料进行配合比设计时的合理操作温度进行基础性研究,提供出合适的拌和压实温度,为现场施工提供一定的参考,并对该温拌沥青混合料的性能进行验证。
Warm mix asphalt based on surface active technology is a kind of new energy-saving and emission reduction pavement material that takes physical measures to increase the operability of lower temperature of asphalt mixture without changing the viscosity-temperature characteristics of the original asphalt. Based on the comparison of the hot mix asphalt and the basic consistency of the volume parameters of the hot mix asphalt, GTM rotary compaction molding method was used to study the reasonable operation temperature of the mix mix design of the warm mix asphalt. A suitable mixing and compaction temperature, to provide some reference for on-site construction, and to verify the performance of the warm mix asphalt mixture.
