为研究小麦籽粒中硒营养的遗传特点,对由野生二粒小麦与四倍体硬粒小麦构建的152个重组自交系(RILs)群体在不同土壤施硒处理中的籽粒硒含量进行分析。结果表明:籽粒硒含量相关的QTL共4个,分别位于染色体5B、6A和6B上。筛选出含有极端籽粒硒含量的家系共6株,其中高硒家系5株,分别为R8、R9、R13、R45和R171,低硒家系为R148。
In order to study the genetic characteristics of selenium nutrition in wheat grain, the selenium content in kernels of 152 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) constructed from wild and tetraploid Durum were analyzed in different selenium treatments. The results showed that there were 4 QTLs related to grain selenium content, located on chromosomes 5B, 6A and 6B, respectively. A total of 6 pedigrees with extreme selenium content were screened out, of which 5 were high selenium families, which were R8, R9, R13, R45 and R171, respectively. The low selenium family was R148.
