目的 为了观察筋脉通对糖尿病大鼠晶体醛糖还原酶 (AR)活性及山梨醇 (SNS)含量的影响 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法 采用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)糖尿病 (DM)大鼠模型 ,给予中药筋脉通灌胃 ,并以氨基胍做对照 ,观察对大鼠晶体AR活性和SNS含量的影响。结果 筋脉通治疗后 ,糖尿病大鼠晶体AR活性和SNS含量明显降低 ,与未治疗糖尿病大鼠比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ;DM +筋脉通组和DM +氨基胍组比较无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;两组与正常对照组比较无差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 筋脉通有醛糖还原酶抑制剂样作用 ,能改善糖尿病大鼠晶体多元醇代谢 ,对糖尿病慢性并发症有一定的防治作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Jinmaitong on aldose reductase (AR) activity and sorbitol (SNS) content in diabetic rats, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods Rats were treated with streptozotocin (STZ) diabetes mellitus (DM). The rats were given Jinmaitong by intragastric administration and aminoguanidine was used as a control to observe the effects of crystalloid on AR activity and SNS content in rats. Results After treatment of Jinmaitong, the activity of crystal AR and SNS content in diabetic rats were significantly decreased (P < 0.01), compared with untreated diabetic rats; No difference (P > 0 05); there was no difference between the two groups and the normal control group (P > 0 05). Conclusions The adenosine reductase inhibitor-like effects of muscles and veins can improve the crystalline polyol metabolism in diabetic rats and have a preventive and therapeutic effect on the chronic complications of diabetes.
