储罐火灾报警装置对于保障大型油库安全运营具有重大意义。为解决当前以光纤光栅感温探测装置为主的火灾报警系统误报率较高、维修维护不便等问题,创新性地通过在浮顶罐浮盘二次密封圈上安装无线测温探头,运用无线传输技术,将温度测量数据实时上传到上位机监控,建立无线储罐火灾报警系统,实现对储罐罐顶温度的探测和火灾的报警联动。通过大量测试和长期试用,无线储罐火灾报警系统具有测量准确、单点显示、安装方便、维护简单等优点,有较强的稳定性和可靠性,值得深入研究和推广应用。
