分析了温度和外载荷对包带式星箭解锁装置预紧力的影响,推导出包带预紧力变化的计算公式。结合某卫星的星箭解锁装置静力试验,对包带式星箭解锁装置在不同温度和外载荷情况下的包带预紧力进行了测试。结果表明:在温度变化时,包带预紧力变化计算值与实测值相差2.8%~4.3%;在外载荷作用下,对接面上的压力越大,预紧力增加越大,计算值与试验结果相差11.5%~23.5%。上述分析结果对包带预紧力的计算具有一定的参考价值。
The influence of temperature and external load on the pretightening force of the strap-in star-shaped arrow-head unlocking device is analyzed, and the formula for calculating the pre-tightening force of the strap strap is derived. Combined with the static test of a satellite’s arrow-arrow unlocking device, the pre-tightening force of the strap-type star and arrow unlocking device under different temperature and external load is tested. The results show that when the temperature changes, the calculated value of the change of pretension force of the tape differs from the measured value by 2.8% ~ 4.3%. Under the external load, the greater the pressure on the abutment surface, the larger the pretension force increases. The difference between the results of 11.5% ~ 23.5%. The results of the above analysis have some reference value for the calculation of preloading force.
