随着社会主义市场经济体制逐渐确立,我国市场经济快速发展,资本市场获得了广阔的发展空间。现代企业在经营发展中,管理模式不断创新优化,在一定程度上提升了市场竞争优势,但是如果企业无法有效提升管理成效,那么在激烈的竞争中将处于劣势地位。故此,为了能够在激烈市场竞争中脱颖而出,谋求长远发展,就需要建立一个完整的市场营销体系,充分发挥项目管理工作成效,为企业长远发展做出更大的贡献。本文主要就项目管理在市场营销实践中应用进行分析,结合实际情况,从多种角度阐述项目管理工作重要性,寻求合理对策。
With the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system and the rapid development of the market economy in our country, the capital market has enjoyed a vast space for development. In the course of business development, the management mode of a modern enterprise is constantly innovated and optimized, which improves the market competitive advantage to a certain extent. However, if the enterprise can not effectively improve the management efficiency, it will be at a disadvantage in the fierce competition. Therefore, in order to stand out in the fierce market competition and seek long-term development, we need to establish a complete marketing system, give full play to the effectiveness of project management and make greater contribution to the long-term development of the enterprise. This article mainly analyzes the application of project management in marketing practice. According to the actual situation, it expounds the importance of project management from many angles and seeks for reasonable countermeasures.
