研究了回火处理对06Ni9DR钢力学性能和微观组织的影响。结果表明,随回火温度升高,钢中逆转变奥氏体含量增多,低温冲击韧性增加,同时基体组织得到净化,强度先升后降。580℃回火时,随保温时间的减少,钢的强度升高,塑性、韧性降低,塑性低于标准值;QLT热处理的最佳回火工艺为580℃×60 min。
The effect of tempering on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 06Ni9DR steel was studied. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the content of retrograde transformation austenite in steel increases and the impact toughness increases at low temperature. At the same time, the microstructure of the matrix is purified and the strength increases first and then decreases. When tempering at 580 ℃, the strength of steel increases with the decrease of holding time, the plasticity and toughness decrease, and the plasticity is lower than the standard value. The optimum tempering temperature for QLT heat treatment is 580 ℃ × 60 min.
