目的:探讨栀子根醇提物对CCl_4致急性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用,为栀子根的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:腹腔注射0.15%的CCl_4花生油溶液诱导小鼠急性肝损伤,测定小鼠血清中ALT、AST活性,TBA、TBIL、DBIL水平,检测肝组织中SOD活性,TP、MDA水平,计算肝脏指数并观察小鼠肝脏病理学变化,采用多维尺度分析法综合评价栀子根醇提物对急性肝损伤小鼠的影响。结果:与模型组相比,栀子根醇提物(6g/kg,9g/kg)剂量组中ALT、AST、TBA、TBIL、DBIL、TP、SOD、MDA生化指标均有显著性改善,对小鼠肝组织病理性损伤有一定程度的减轻。结论:栀子根醇提物对CCl_4致急性肝损伤的小鼠有明显的保肝疗效,其机制可能与抗氧化作用、胆汁酸胆红素代谢的调节有关。
Objective: To explore the protective effect of gardenia root alcohol extract on CCl_4-induced acute liver injury in mice and provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of gardenia root. Methods: Acute liver injury was induced in mice by intraperitoneal injection of 0.15% CCl 4 peanut oil solution. ALT, AST, TBA, TBIL and DBIL in serum were measured. The effects of Fructus Gardeniae alcohol extract on acute liver injury in mice were evaluated by multidimensional scaling analysis. Results: Compared with the model group, the biochemical indexes of ALT, AST, TBA, TBIL, DBIL, TP, SOD and MDA in the ethanol extract of Fructus Gardeniae (6g / kg, 9g / Pathological damage of liver tissue in mice to a certain extent. CONCLUSION: Alcohol extract of Gardenia jasminoides has obvious hepatoprotective effect on mice with CCl_4-induced acute liver injury, and its mechanism may be related to its antioxidation and the regulation of bile acid bilirubin metabolism.
