目的了解广州市生吃水产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染状况,对可能发生的副溶血性弧菌疾病进行预测和预报。方法按照中华人民共和国国家标准《食品卫生微生物学检验方法副溶血性弧菌检验》(GB/T 4789.7—2008)和国家食源性疾病监测网监测方案中,副溶血性弧菌检验方法进行检验。结果 104份水产品中检出副溶血性弧菌41份,阳性率为39.42%,其中生吃海产品检出率为19.23%(5/26),不同季度生吃海产品副溶血性弧菌的检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.244 4,P>0.05);生吃淡水鱼检出率为46.15%(36/78),不同月份生吃淡水鱼副溶血性弧菌的检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.105 4,P<0.05)。结论广州市生吃水产品副溶血性弧菌污染严重。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in raw and processed aquatic products in Guangzhou and forecast and predict the possible Vibrio parahaemolyticus diseases. Methods According to the national standard of the People’s Republic of China “Microbiological examination of food hygiene method Vibrio parahaemolyticus” (GB / T 4789.7-2008) and the national foodborne disease monitoring network monitoring program, Vibrio parahaemolyticus test method for testing .
