我国船用惯导的研制已进入实用阶段,但对于它的定位精度如何评定,还没有统一的办法。国外有不少惯导定位精度评定中的圆概率半径的近似表达式,但用不同的近似表达式,会有不同的结果。对圆概率半径近似表达式的相应区间估计,本文绘出了我们自己的圆概率半径的近似公式和相应的区间估计。我们从船用惯导定位误差概率密度函数和圆概率半径的定义式出发,经过两次变量拟合和一次变量替换,推导出理想的,可用来作点估计的圆概率半径近似表达式,又采用Bootstrap方法,给出了相应的区间估计,为我国船用惯导精度评定的规范化创造了良好的条件。
The development of China’s marine inertial navigation has entered a practical stage, but how to assess its positioning accuracy, there is no unified approach. There are quite a few approximate expressions of circular probability radii in the evaluation of INS positioning accuracy in foreign countries, but different approximations will have different results. For the corresponding interval estimation of the approximate expression of circular probability radius, this paper plots our own approximate formula of circular probability radius and corresponding interval estimation. Based on the definition of the probability density function of ship inertial positioning error and the definition of circular probability radius, we derive the ideal approximation expression of circular probability radius, which can be used for point estimation, after two variables fitting and one-time variable substitution, Bootstrap method, the corresponding interval estimation is given, which provides a good condition for the standardization of marine inertial navigation accuracy assessment in our country.
