绩效管理的思想和方法正在被世界范围内众多的公司所采用,也成为人力资源管理工作中充分利用资源、培育核心竞争力、获取竞争优势的重要手段和开发工具,对企业实现可持续发展起着显著的支持作用。但在具体实践中,存在的各种问题,严重地阻碍和削弱了绩效管理应起的作用。根据中小企业绩效管理现状,对绩效管理存在的问题、产生的原因以及解决途径进行了探讨。
