随着社会经济的发展,国际贸易多元化和自由化,市场对于国际贸易应用型人才的需求越来越大。要从事外贸业务各项工作,相关专业技术知识是国际贸易应用型人才的基础,实际操作的能力是对专业技术知识的应用和提升。当前,对于国际贸易应用型人才的专业技术知识和实际操作能力的培养存在着局限,亟需高校明确目标,进行积极的探索培养外贸人才的新途径和方式,以培养出适应国际贸易的应用型人才。本文针对当前高校在外贸人才培养上存在的问题,从外贸人才的专业技术知识和实际操作能力两个方面出发,提出切合实际的国际贸易应用型人才的培养的途径和方法,提升国际贸易人才培养的质量、以适应地方经济发展的需要。
