在弱酸性介质中 ,利用铁 ( )对高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝的催化作用 ,建立了催化光度测定痕量铁 ( )的新方法。该方法线性范围在 0 - 1.2 μg/ 2 5m L之间、检出限为 3.1× 10 -10 g· m L-1。测定出反应表观活化能为 Ea=98.66k J/ mol。此法用于水样中微量铁的测定 ,结果令人满意
In a weakly acidic medium, a new method for the catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace iron (Ⅵ) was developed using the catalytic effect of iron (Ⅱ) on the oxidation of bromophenol blue by potassium periodate. The linear range of this method was between 0 - 1.2 μg / 25 m L with a detection limit of 3.1 × 10 -10 g · m L -1. The apparent activation energy of the reaction was measured as Ea = 98.66k J / mol. This method is used for the determination of trace iron in water samples with satisfactory results
