2008年以来,两岸高科技产业合作有了突破性的进展,衍生了合作机制创新的诉求。笔者通过对现今两岸高科技产业合作新态势的观察,对两岸高科技产业合作机制的内容、构成与运行方式进行总结,并提出两岸高科技产业可能达成的合作新机制。 Since 2008, there has been a breakthrough in the cooperation in high-tech industries across the Taiwan Strait, which has inspired the demand for innovative cooperation mechanisms. Through the observation of the new trend of cross-Strait high-tech industry cooperation, the author summarizes the contents, composition and operation modes of the cross-Strait high-tech industry cooperation mechanism and puts forward the possible new cooperation mechanism for cross-Strait high-tech industry.
