运用有限元分析理论,在Hypermesh有限元软件中建立纯电动客车车身骨架结构整车有限元模型,进行水平弯曲和极限扭转两种典型工况下的静力学分析,通过分析发现车身结构强度和刚度都有过盈。提出基于灵敏度分析的方法对该客车车身结构进行结构优化,结果表明,车身结构质量减轻95 kg,各项性能变化不大且仍满足要求。 The Finite Element Analysis (FEA) theory is used to establish the finite element model of the complete electric bus body skeleton structure in Hypermesh finite element software. The static analysis is carried out under two typical conditions of horizontal bending and ultimate torsion. The structural strength and stiffness Have interference. Based on the sensitivity analysis method, the structural optimization of the bus body structure is proposed. The results show that the mass of the bus body structure is reduced by 95 kg, and the performance of the bus body does not change much and still meets the requirements.
