“成分输血”是一种先进的输血方法,既能节省血源,减少输血反应,又可治疗一些血液病。我国这项工作开展较晚,“成分输血”的重要工具血细胞分离机一直依靠进口,因而阻碍了这一新技术的普遍推广。为突破这一难点,北京医疗器械研究所接受了国家医药管理总局和北京市科学技术委员会下达的血细胞分离机试制任务,与北京市输血站、北京医学院附属人民医院等单位共同协作,首先分析了美国 HM-30型血细胞分离机,取得第一手资料,并与其他样机做了比较,同时进一步征求了血站与医院等单位
“Transfusion of ingredients” is an advanced blood transfusion method that can save blood, reduce transfusion reactions, and treat some blood diseases. The late start of this work in our country, the important tool for blood transfusion of “component transfusion” has been relying on imports, which has hindered the general promotion of this new technology. In order to overcome this difficulty, the Beijing Institute of Medical Devices received the preliminary task of the blood cell separator trial issued by the State Administration of Pharmaceutical Administration and the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and cooperated with the Beijing Blood Transfusion Station and the People’s Hospital of Beijing Medical College to analyze the problems first. The United States HM-30 type blood cell separator obtained first-hand data and compared it with other prototypes, and further sought blood stations and hospitals and other units.
