本文以丽江师专为例,对最近3年的丽江师专旅游英语专业的毕业学生做了问卷调查,并根据调查的结果进行了深入访谈。从毕业生就业质量、专业就业、工资待遇、跳槽率、未来就业前景、职场中最重要的能力和就业时考虑的最重要的因素7个方面做了全面调查。并根据调查结果,对高职高专旅游英语专业就业现状做了SWOT分析,然后提出了发展高职高专旅游英语专业就业状况的策略建议。 In this paper, Lijiang Teachers College as an example, the recent 3 years Lijiang Teachers Tourism English graduates did a survey, and based on the results of the survey conducted in-depth interviews. A comprehensive survey has been conducted on seven aspects: the quality of graduates’ employment, professional employment, wages, job-hopping rate, employment prospects in the future, the most important ability in the workplace and the most important factor to consider in employment. Based on the survey results, SWOT analysis is made on the status quo of tourism English major employment in higher vocational colleges. Then, some suggestions are put forward to develop the employment status of tourism English major in higher vocational colleges.
