想象可以让肌肉产生运动例子:请你手里握住一段绳子,绳子的一头拴上一个重物。把手和胳膊抬起来,让绳子垂直地面。放松全身肌肉,然后手不要动。只是想象绳子下面的重物在延一个轨迹移动,或者是左右摆动、前后摆动,或者是成一圆形轨迹。只是想象,耐心一点,慢慢的你就会发现重物开始移动。先是很小的移动,接着会越来越大。
Imagine an exercise that produces muscle: Example: Hold a string of rope in your hand and attach a heavy weight to one of the strings. Lift your hand and arm so that the rope is perpendicular to the ground. Relax whole body muscles, then do not move your hands. Just imagine the weight under the ropes in a delay of a trajectory, or left and right swing, swing back and forth, or into a circular trajectory. Just imagine, be patient, and slowly you will find the weight began to move. First small move, then will be bigger and bigger.
