文章认为,我国农村社会是文化网络社会,农村社会的发展以及农民的生活是依赖于农村社会文化网络体系的,城镇化对农村社会生活提出了挑战,使农村社会文化网络失去了平衡。农村基层组织是社会文化网络中一个重要的构成要素,对农村文化网络能够起到维护和修补作用。目前农村基层组织发展困难重重,国家应从制度上保障和支持各类基层组织的发展,为农村社会文化网络的平衡与稳定创造有利条件,从而促进城镇化过程中城乡社会和谐发展。
The article holds that the rural society in our country is a cultural network society. The development of rural society and the peasants’ life are dependent on the rural social and cultural network system. Urbanization poses a challenge to the rural social life and loses the balance of rural social and cultural networks. Grassroots organizations in rural areas are an important component of social and cultural networks and can play a maintenance and repair role in rural cultural networks. At present, the development of rural grassroots organizations is very difficult. The state should safeguard and support the development of various grassroots organizations systematically and create favorable conditions for the balance and stability of rural social and cultural networks, so as to promote the harmonious development of urban and rural areas in the process of urbanization.
