目的 研究次声对小鼠生育能力及免疫功能的影响。方法 用BALB/C小鼠随机分为 4组 :①对照组 ,正常雌雄小鼠各 15只 ;② 15只雄性小鼠每天暴露次声 ( 8Hz·13 0dB) 1h ,连续 7d。次声作用结束后次日 ,每只雄鼠与一只正常雌鼠合笼交配 5d ,取出雄鼠单独饲养雌鼠 ;③雌性小鼠 15只暴露次声 ,暴露次声条件与交配方法与第 2组相同 ;④雌、雄小鼠各 15只均暴露次声 ,暴露次声条件与交配方法与第 2组相同 ;观察各组雌鼠怀孕率、活胎出生率和性别比。监测胸腺 /体质量、脾脏 /体质量的比值及血清中NK细胞活性和白细胞介素 -2、肿瘤坏死因子的含量。结果 均受次声暴露的雌雄动物其怀孕率是正常动物的一半 ,与对照组比较差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,雄雌性别比 ,由正常对照组 0 .87∶1提高至1.68∶1;经次声暴露后两组动物NK细胞活性明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清白细胞介素Ⅱ和肿瘤坏死因子含量降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 受次声暴露小鼠怀孕率和仔鼠出生存活率降低 ,免疫功能下降。估计可能与机体神经—内分泌系统紊乱有关。
Objective To study the infrasound on fertility and immune function in mice. Methods BALB / C mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: ① control group, 15 normal male and female mice; ② 15 male mice exposed to infrasound (8Hz · 13 0dB) for 1h every day for 7 days. The next day after the end of infrasound, each males and a normal female caged mating 5d, male rats were taken out separately females; ③ infants exposed to infrasound, exposure to infrasound conditions and mating methods and 2 The same group of the same; ④ 15 female and male mice were exposed to infrasound, infrasound exposure conditions and mating methods with the same group 2; observed the pregnancy rate of pregnant women, live births and sex ratio. The ratio of thymus / body mass, spleen / body mass, NK cell activity, interleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor in serum were measured. The results showed that the infants exposed to infrasound had a pregnancy rate of one-half that of normal animals, and the difference was significant compared with the control group (P <0.01). The male-female ratio was increased from 0.87: 1 of the normal control group to 1.68:1. The activity of NK cells in the two groups of animals decreased significantly after infrasound exposure (P <0.05), and the levels of serum interleukin-Ⅱ and tumor necrosis factor (P <0.01) decreased. Conclusion The infants exposed to infrasound had lower pregnancy rate and birth survival rate and decreased immune function. Estimates may be related to the body’s neuroendocrine system disorders.
