选项是指用于定义一款特定飞机的性能、功能、设备或服务,并且这些内容主制造商可提供给客户进行客户化构型配置。民用飞机选项管理在一定程度上影响着一个飞机型号在市场上的占有率,选项定义是选项管理的基础,是制作客户化“点菜”菜单的过程。本文从选项产品结构组成出发,分析了在选项定义过程中应考虑的上下游领域内的要素和需求,给出了定义选项的建议,为实现选项的系统化、全面化和发展化管理,更好的服务客户,为商用飞机的市场成功奠定良好的工程基础,为我国大型客机的选项定义和管理积累技术和管理经验。
