耐阴大豆比不耐阴大豆的叶片叶绿素含量高,且富含叶绿素b,单位叶面积鲜重(VLW)和干重(SLW)较低,表现出阴生植物的特性。大豆间作后,两种类型大豆叶片叶绿素含量增加,叶鲜重和叶干重降低,变异增大。从开花至鼓粒期,间作大豆不耐阴品种叶绿素含量和单作大豆一样逐渐下降,但耐阴品种则由于叶绿素b含量的迅速增加,导致总含量(a+b)呈上升趋势。其比叶重(SLW)也由开花期低于不耐阴品种变化到鼓粒期高于不耐阴品种。
Yin-tolerant soybeans had higher chlorophyll content and chlorophyll-b content, lower VLW and SLW, and showed the characteristics of an inbred plant. After soybean intercropping, chlorophyll content of both types of soybean increased, leaf fresh weight and leaf dry weight decreased, the variation increased. The content of chlorophyll decreased from the flowering stage to the boll stage as that of the monocropping soybean, but the content of chlorophyll b increased rapidly due to the rapid increase of the chlorophyll b content, resulting in the increase of the total content (a + b). The specific leaf weight (SLW) was also changed from below anthesis to anthesis at flowering stage to higher at drum stage than inbred variety.
