本文在分析总结国内外高校知识产权教育现状的基础上,基于理工科学生的培养性质和目标,对高校理工科知识产权教育的目标设定、课程设置、教学内容、教学模式进行研究和探索。高校理工科知识产权教育应将专业教育、创新教育和法学教育相结合,在知识传授和能力训练的同时培养学生的创新意识和知识产权意识,提高知识产权申请与保护实务能力的同时促进创新性思维的形成和创业能力的提升。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of intellectual property education in colleges and universities both at home and abroad, this paper studies and explores the target setting, curriculum, teaching content and teaching mode of intellectual property education in science and engineering based on the nature and objectives of science and engineering students. Intellectual property education in science and engineering should combine professional education, innovative education and law education to train students’ awareness of innovation and intellectual property while imparting knowledge and ability, and to promote innovation while improving intellectual property application and protection.
