报告3例先天性眶距过宽症,1例外伤性眶距过宽症,1例因右面部化牙骨纤维瘤而继发的眶距过宽症,手术主要方式是作前额冠状切口,开颅进行颅骨截开,将眶间中线两侧各除去一条纵形的骨板、筛窦和筛板,然后将两眶向内侧移至较正常的部位。为此,必须截断眶外、眶下和眶上的骨质,并在眶内中后1/3交界处截断眶的四个壁,最后将眶移向内侧并固定,但保留眶尖不动,外伤性者及由肿瘤引起者,手术操作略有更改。
