1.概述φ5.03×6.4m溢流型球磨机是加拿大制造的,日处理量为5000t。因此,如何设计衬板的最佳形状,直接影响球磨机的处理能力、功率消耗、钢耗和运转率等经济指标。根据这台球磨机在我厂使用的情况,对端衬板磨蚀速度超前于筒体衬板的状况从理论上进行分析,提出了改进措施,并取得了显著的经济效益。 2.球磨机技术参数及端衬板布局
1. Overview φ5.03 × 6.4m overflow type ball mill is made in Canada, the daily capacity of 5000t. Therefore, how to design the best shape of the liner directly affects the economic performance of the ball mill, such as the processing power, power consumption, steel consumption and operating rate. According to the use of the ball mill in our factory, we analyzed the condition that the end liner abrades ahead of the cylinder liner theoretically, put forward the improvement measures and achieved significant economic benefits. 2.
