由于需求的变化和技术的发展,长期不变的产品平台就会成为提高衍生产品质量和竞争力的障碍,因此,平台需要适时进化。本文简述了产品平台进化的种类和过程,并基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)对平台生命周期和平台进化时机与种类的选择进行了研究,把TRIZ理论中技术系统进化定律、冲突解决理论和效应等创新工具应用到平台进化中,提出了基于TRIZ理论的具有可操作性的具体的产品平台进化方法。最后以联合收割机风机平台为例,验证了该方法的可行性。
Due to the change of demand and the development of technology, the long-term product platform will be an obstacle to improving the quality and competitiveness of derivative products. Therefore, the platform needs to evolve in due time. This paper briefly describes the types and processes of evolution of product platform. Based on the invention problem solving theory (TRIZ), it studies the selection of the platform life cycle and the timing and types of platform evolution. The evolution law of TRIZ theory, conflict resolution theory and Effect and other innovative tools are applied to the platform evolution. Based on the theory of TRIZ, a practical method of product platform evolution is put forward. Finally, taking the combine harvester fan platform as an example, the feasibility of this method is verified.
