本文用生物化学和免疫学的方法研究粉尘螨(Dermatophagoides farinae)的抗原成分及其活性。粉尘螨浸液通过葡聚糖凝胶柱层析,测得洗脱液的光密度值有2个峰(Sephadex G-50)或3个峰(Sephadex G-200)。洗脱液的免疫活性与其蛋白质含量不一致。吸入型哮喘病人的挑刺试验表明过敏原存在于第1峰与第2峰之间,对流免疫电泳表明沉淀抗原的位置基本上与第1峰相符。蛋白质含量较多的第2峰存在少量的过敏原,第3峰不含任何抗原。
In this paper, the biochemical and immunological methods were used to study the antigenic composition and activity of Dermatophagoides farinae. Dust mite extract by dextran gel column chromatography, the eluent measured optical density value of two peaks (Sephadex G-50) or three peaks (Sephadex G-200). The eluate’s immunocompetence is not the same as its protein content. Prick tests in patients with inhaled asthma suggest that allergens exist between peak 1 and peak 2, and convective immunoelectrophoresis indicates that the location of the precipitated antigen is essentially consistent with peak 1. There was a small amount of allergen in the second peak with more protein, and the third peak did not contain any antigen.
