参草扶正抗癌冲剂治疗影响晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能的观察

目的:探讨参草扶正抗癌冲剂治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将62例晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各31例,两组均行化疗,对照组采用紫杉醇+顺铂化疗方案,试验组在紫杉醇+顺铂化疗基础上,辨证加用参草扶正抗癌冲剂。比较两组患者化疗前后细胞免疫功能的变化。结果:两组患者均顺利完成治疗,试验组有效率为45.2%,对照组有效率为38.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后,试验组免疫指标均明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组恶心、呕吐、腹泻、白细胞降低、疲劳等方面的抑制程度发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参草扶正抗癌冲剂能够明显改善晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗的患者细胞免疫功能,可以有效的提高机体的免疫力,增加对化疗药物的耐受性和依从性。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Shencao Fuzheng Kangai granules on cellular immune function in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Sixty-two patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. Chemotherapy was given in both groups. The control group was treated with paclitaxel plus cisplatin. On the basis of chemotherapy, dialectical plus herbs Fusheng anticancer granules. The changes of cellular immune function in two groups before and after chemotherapy were compared. Results: The two groups of patients were successfully completed treatment, the effective rate was 45.2% in the experimental group, the effective rate was 38.7% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); compared with the control group, after treatment, (P <0.05). The incidence of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, leukopenia and fatigue in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Shenfu Fangzheng Kang Ci Chong Granules can significantly improve the cellular immune function in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy, which can effectively improve the body’s immunity and increase the tolerance and compliance to chemotherapy drugs.
