实验结果表明:流行性出血热(EHF)病毒Z20株,在37℃经pH6.0细胞融合液处理,可引起细胞融合现象。随感染EHF病毒的细胞培养天数延长,细胞融合灶逐渐增多。细胞融合的形态特点表现为:首先细胞之间趋向紧密,伴有细胞膜消失,接着核大量聚集,进而变形,最后出现收缩形成融合灶。
The experimental results show that: Z20 strain of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) virus, which is treated with fusion solution of pH6.0 at 37 ℃, can cause cell fusion. As the number of days of cell culture infected with EHF virus increases, the number of cell fusions gradually increases. Morphological characteristics of cell fusion as follows: First, the trend between cells closely, with the disappearance of the cell membrane, followed by a large number of nuclear aggregation, and then deformed, and finally shrink to form fusion.
