1 Introduction This article collected 525 cases of neonatal autopsy pathology data from seven hospitals in Hebei Province in recent two years. Common causes of death, such as intracranial hemorrhage, pulmonary hemorrhage and various deformities were discussed in order to improve the quality of obstetrics in the future, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of neonatal diseases and so provide a reference. 2 Materials and Methods 2.1 Source: The autopsy data provided by the following units: 123 cases of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical College, 103 cases of Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical College, 100 cases of Baoding Maternal and Child Health Hospital,
