安全钳作为电梯的重要安全保护装置,是增强电梯安全性的重要组成部分,对电梯的安全运行提供有效的保护。本文介绍了安全钳的工作原理及其作用,采用制停距离和平均减速度两项技术指标,通过对比试验研究导轨抗拉强度、载荷以及安全钳动作触发速度对安全钳制动性能的影响。试验结果表明,导轨抗拉强度过高,超载及触发速度过大都会使制停距离增大,从而降低安全钳的制动性能。
As an important safety protection device for elevators, safety gear is an important part of elevator safety and provides effective protection for the safe operation of elevators. This paper introduces the working principle of safety gear and its function. It adopts two technical indexes of stopping distance and average deceleration, and studies the influence of the tensile strength and load of the guide rail and the triggering speed of the safety gear on the braking performance of the safety gear. The test results show that the rail tensile strength is too high, overload and trigger speed is too large will make the stopping distance increased, thus reducing the brake safety performance.
