目前国内污水管道多采用铸铁管,管道直径一般为50~150mm。由于管道的规格、长度尺寸是一定的,而楼层的高度不同,铺设的管道不可能恰好合适,其截断的方法通常用手锯、凿子截断或气割,费时费力而且断口不平齐,这是施工中一直未解决的难题。北京市第五建筑公司在某外事工程施工中受到了启发,和航空航天部634所联合研制了 SD50~150链式铸铁管切割机,经过一年多的工程应用,深受工人好评,现在已批量生产,年产600台。工作原理和结构切割机由两个内臂和两个外臂组成一个支架(见附图),上端有加压手柄,加长了力臂,用手加压就可产生很大的力矩。和加压手柄相连接的是棘轮箱,内装有
