在工程建设阶段,现场需要进行大量的射线探伤作业,且存放了射线探伤所用的Х射线探伤机和放射源。由于现场人员复杂,工期紧,交叉作业等情况,发生辐射事件的可能性很大。海南核电有限公司根据项目建设的特点,采取多种措施,充分发挥业主对项目建设的监督作用,不断督促项目总包方中国核电工程有限公司加强现场放射源及射线探伤管理工作,使现场辐射安全水平不断提升。
