预应力混凝土结构具备跨度大、质量轻等优势,已成为大型公共建筑的重要结构形式之一。预应力混凝土结构的施工控制是确保结构安全的关键,对其进行精确、稳定检测是保证施工质量的重要措施,同时,进行长期跟踪监测对掌握结构工作状态非常必要。光纤光栅传感技术(FBG)作为一种先进传感技术,可用于监测预应力张拉状态。通过将FBG应用于某大剧院的预应力张拉状态的监测,结果表明:FBG能精确识别张拉阶段,完整记录张拉过程中的应变变化。
Prestressed concrete structures with large span, light weight and other advantages, has become an important structural form of large-scale public buildings. Construction control of prestressed concrete structures is the key to ensure structural safety. Accurate and stable detection of prestressed concrete structures is an important measure to ensure construction quality. At the same time, long-term follow-up monitoring is necessary to grasp the working status of structures. Fiber Grating Sensing (FBG) is an advanced sensing technology that can be used to monitor prestressed tension. Through the application of FBG to the prestressing tension monitoring in a grand theater, the results show that the FBG can accurately identify the tensioning stage and record the strain changes during the tensioning process completely.
