目的:探讨中西医结合疗法在临床胫骨平台骨折术后患者康复治疗中的应用与效果。方法:采取数字随机法将我院收治的96例胫骨平台骨折术后患者分成甲乙两组各48例,分别给予其常规西医与中西医结合疗法,观察两组康复效果。结果:经康复治疗后,两组患者术后均恢复较好,膝关节功能有所改善,其中,甲组优良率为77.08%,同乙组的93.75%相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床胫骨平台骨折术后患者,在常规功能锻炼指导的同时,给予其中医康复治疗,效果显著,值得推广。 Objective: To explore the application of traditional Chinese and western medicine in rehabilitation of patients with clinical tibial plateau fractures. Methods: A total of 96 patients with tibial plateau fracture in our hospital were divided into two groups (48 cases) by digital randomization method. The routine western medicine combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine was given respectively, and the rehabilitation effect was observed. Results: After rehabilitation, both groups recovered well after operation and the knee function was improved. The excellent and good rate of group A was 77.08%, which was significantly different from 93.75% of group B (P <0.05). Conclusion: For the patients with clinical tibial plateau fractures, the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy is given at the same time with the guidance of regular functional exercise. The results are significant and worthy of promotion.
