采用室内培养法研究温度与不同有机肥对土壤溶解性有机质(DOM)含量的影响。结果表明:培养温度升高,DOM含量升高。15℃时DOM几乎无变化,25、30℃时可升高120.0%~870.8%,DOM变幅随着增加。有机肥类型也影响DOM含量。其中,沼渣处理含量最高,其次是牛粪处理,秸秆处理含量较低,有机肥类型对DOM变幅无显著性影响。
Effects of temperature and different organic manures on soil dissolved organic matter (DOM) content were studied by laboratory culture method. The results showed that the culturing temperature increased and DOM content increased. At 15 ℃ DOM almost no change, 25,30 ℃ can increase 120.0% ~ 870.8%, DOM amplitude increases with. The type of organic fertilizer also affects the DOM content. Among them, biogas residue was the highest, followed by cow dung, with a lower content of straw and no significant effect of organic manure on DOM amplitude.
