一年多的实践证明,大型高炉同样可将小块焦混入烧结矿中加入炉内使用,最高达16.79kg/t铁。应用小块焦后,提高了炉顶煤气利用率,使焦比下降,按统计小块焦对冶金焦的置换比约0.9左右。此外,随小块焦用量增加,埋设在炉缸、炉底耐火砖中热电偶的温度明显下降,有利于保护炉底、炉缸的砖衬。应用小块焦的最大优点是提高了冶金焦的收得率,降低了生铁成本。
