通过将采集的猪粪经过堆肥试验,再通过菌株的分离与菌株的初筛,利用臭味六级分类法筛选出20株菌株。然后,经过菌株的复筛试验,利用硼酸溶液吸收法和亚甲基蓝法共筛选出2株去除硫化氢和氨气效果较好的菌株,分别是枯草芽孢杆菌和班图酒香酵母菌。其中,除臭效果最佳的是班图酒香酵母菌,除臭率高达45%,在改善养殖环境中具有重要的应用前景。
By collecting the pig manure compost test, and then through the separation of strains and preliminary screening of strains, the use of stinky six-class classification of 20 strains.
